What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. When you join our mail list we collect your email address. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not collect special category data.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions from people who get in touch, and taking steps at your request before any arrangement.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to our enquiry address so we can reply. Our website is hosted by Underdown Labs Limited on their UK/EU hosting platform (Coolify on Hetzner). Contact and mail-list messages are processed through Underdown Labs’ booking systems (Supabase and Brevo) on our behalf. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and for reasonable business records, then we remove them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at info@streetcroftfarm.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
